Nokia C5-05 is new 3.2 inch entry level touchscreen 2G mobile phone from Nokia C and c5 series. It’s a 600MHz processor mobile with 128MB RAM and 256 MB ROM combination. 3.2 inch TFT touchscreen with 360*640 pixels resolutions are working great and the 16M colours produces nice quality of display. Symbian 9.4 version operating system is the platform that has; I wonder why the Nokia still stay on Symbian operating systems.
Actually it’s a updated version of Nokia C5-03 for the low budget, the different is C5-03 is a mid range mobile with WiFi, 3G and 5 Mega pixel features but C5-05 is a 2G mobile without WiFi and 3G. 2 mega pixels camera with 1600*1200 pixels resolution image capturing and VGA video recording is not impressive but for the price is still useful. Music player works well like other Nokia C series, Stereo FM radio also do well.
40MB internal memory comes as default with phone; expandable up to 16GB by using microSD card slot. There is no WiFi, 3G available but still manageable because of the GPRS and EDGE class 32 version and the connection speed is useful.
